Original chargers are accepted but not required. Other accessories, such as docking stations, may increase the value.
Device inspection:
All laptops offered are carefully inspected for suitability. Devices that do not meet our requirements will be recycled or returned, after consultation.
For whom is our service intended?
Our procurement service is designed specifically for corporate customers who value efficiency, security and sustainability. This includes large companies looking to renew their outdated hardware and (government) agencies where certified data removal is essential.
Why choose our laptop procurement service?
- Data security: We delete all data in a secure manner. If a certificate is desired, we use Youwipe, which complies with GDPR, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate as proof of secure data deletion.
- Sustainability: Laptops that are still usable are given a second life. Devices that are not suitable for reuse are recycled in an environmentally friendly way. In addition, we support the Trees for All initiative, contributing together to a greener world.
- Transparency: From registration to payment, we keep you fully informed. Our processes are clear and reliable.
